Payment Options


  • We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking. All major cards are accepted. We do not store card information or other sensitive information on our website. All transactions are safely routed through secure encrypted servers to our payment gateway partner where transactions are processed.
  • We have also partnered with Amazon India and also accept payments via Pay With Amazon. More on this in the next section.
  • If you want to pay via Bank transfer/Deposits or pay by cheque, do get in touch with us for more information.

If you are an existing customer with Amazon India, you can choose to “Pay with Amazon” for the order. When you are on the cart/checkout page, select “Pay with Amazon and click on the “Pay with Amazon” Button. You will be taken to your Amazon India account page where you can place the order. Once the payment is processed you will be at our website to view the order details.

 

Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment. We are working on it and should be available soon on Hachi Yarns. Cash on Delivery will only be available in select places. Kindly sign up for our newsletter to be updated!

Shipping & Delivery


We ship daily except on Sundays and declared holidays. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. If the shipping address is within Bangalore, usually it is delivered in 48 hours. For addresses outside Bangalore, delivery usually takes 3-4 days.

Yes absolutely. You can track your order in 2 ways.

  • Login to your account and go to your orders page. Select the order you wish to track. You will find a track button; click that to view live tracking information.
  • On the website, look for “Track your order”. Enter the order number and the billing email id you used for the order. Tracking number and a track button appear. Click that to view live tracking information. Guests who do not have an account with us can track their order via this option.
  • Orders valued above INR 1000 are shipped for free.
  • Orders at INR 1000 and below have a shipping cost of INR 50.
  • Orders with only pattern downloads/purchases have no shipping cost.
  • Value for orders with both yarns etc and patterns will be calculated excluding the pattern purchases. Then the shipping rates apply.

Exchanges & Returns


  • You can return your purchase within 15 days of delivery date.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been unraveled, worn, altered, soiled or washed.
  • Products must have all tags and labels attached.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Hachi Yarns reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In order to return your unworn/unused items please email [email protected] Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include return instructions. Refunds are not available on pattern downloads.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt and a ‘refund voucher/store credit’ for the returned amount will be provided to you via email. The voucher will not have an expiry date and can be redeemed anytime while you shop with us.

In case you don’t want store credit and would like a refund, please let us know in your refund request and we would process the same. Refund will be made in the payment method that was used to place the order. In both cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
